Since it’s summer time again, bulking phase is over and it’s time to get ripped again. ;)

I guess I have gained more than enough body mass now so I have to work out for definition. When I started my bulking phase last December, I was around 145 lbs. with a 30 inches waist line, but just last week when I got my stats, I weighed around 160 lbs. with 32 inches waist line. My chest width had grown as well, from 38 inches to a little over 39 inches.

Well, I never really had some serious workouts for the last couple of months. At most just three times a week and lifting heavy weights at low reps. Starting today, I’ll be including cardio exercises with my workout and lift lighter weights at high reps.

Hmmm.. let’s see if I can look good during the summer outings this year (I really hope so!).. :D
