HYPERAXE

Just recently I had finally saved enough to buy  a much bigger ride. Though I was a bit sad to let go of “Azul”, my old Toyota Corolla XE Sedan since it had served me well throughout the years and its still in a very good condition especially the original paint job. But then I just had to do so since my family and I had already been a bit crowded when travelling especially if we bring along a lot of baggages for a long vacation. Moreover, I was thinking of buying a much bigger car so as to have more space not only for my travelling companions but also for large items I needed to buy such as furnitures or big appliances.

I was actually trying to choose between buying a brand new Toyota Innova or going for a second hand car in good condition. I was actually more into the latter option due to some budget constraints especially that the economic crisis is looming around and lot of uncertaintes are into the job market.

So when someone I know very well decided to sell his Mitsubishi Adventure Super Sports, I decided to go for it since he was the first owner and I had witnessed first hand how he had taken care of the car. Everything on it was well maintained especially the engine and rust proofing.  I was even surprised when I cleaned the engine and saw that everything was still squeaky clean and everything including the insulators were still looking new. Moreover, the sound setup was also a bonus since it already have an amplifier installed for the mid-speakers and tweeteres , a flat panel subwoofer with built-in amplifier, and an in-dash MP3 car stereo. There’s not much accessories on the outside except for the rain guards and step boards, but definitely it still looks good with the slightly bare aestethics.

As always, I had to name this new baby of mine but Aphilo and I are still having ongoing discussions on that part. We’ll see how it goes.
